Internet portal "System Center of pilot tests" has been developed for the purpose of digitalizing the process of application receipt and organizing pilot-scale tests (hereinafter referred to as pilot tests) of new equipment, technologies, materials and equipment for oil and gas production in the NC "KazMunayGas" JSC group of companies to make a decision on the approval for use in NC "KazMunayGas" JSC.

The Internet portal "System Center of pilot tests" provides the entire process from applications receipt, maintaining proposals, conducting pilot testing of innovative products of potential suppliers from the moment of their registration in the "System Center of pilot tests" and before making a decision on the appropriateness of using the proposed innovative products.

The process of addressing applications in the "Center System of pilot tests" from individuals and legal entities is regulated by the "Rules of organization, conduct and accounting of pilot tests of new types of equipment, technologies, materials and equipment for oil and gas production of the NC "KazMunayGas" JSC group of companies

Participants of the "Center System of pilot tests" and personal data protection

The algorithm of the "System Center of pilot tests" Internet portal provides addressing and maintaining of incoming applications and proposals for pilot tests based on the one shop principle. The registered participant automatically becomes a key user of the "Center System of pilot tests".

The structural subdivision of KMG Engineering LLP is the administrator of the "System Center of pilot tests" Internet portal, which ensures its functioning and monitors the efficiency of work.

The information and data received by the administration of the "System Center of pilot tests" Internet portal is used exclusively by employees of KMG Engineering LLP and NC KazMunayGas JSC and its subsidiaries participating in the examination of proposals received through it, and cannot be transferred without the written consent of the Applicant to third parties in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the user of the "System Center of pilot tests" Internet portal.

The procedure for applying and reviewing a proposal for pilot tests

An individual or legal entity, by creating a personal account on the Internet portal, forms an application with a proposal to conduct pilot tests of new equipment, technologies, materials and equipment in the of NC "KazMunayGas" JSC group of companies, the submitted application, in case of completeness of the documentation provided, is registered in the "Center System of pilot tests".

Procedural process for receiving, processing, accompanying and completing of addressing of an application from a potential contractor (applicant) pilot tests is regulated by the "Working instructions of the user of the "System Center of pilot tests" Internet portal of the "KMG Engineering"" LLP.
